Scott has battled with insomnia for many years. In this brief hypnosis session we discuss how his poor sleeping patterns maybe an "unconscious strategy" his mind is exercising in order help him resolve a block which he experiences in his professional life.
While Scott understands that staying up will not solve the "block" and only exacerbate it, his inner unconscious mind is not aware of it.
I use a hypnotic induction to help Scott enter a deeper relaxation and release an old pattern of insomnia. We focus on releasing the block and positive suggestions for a restful 7 to 8 hours healthy sleep every night.
