How does hypnosis for weight loss work?

This hypnotherapy program is build on 15 years of my one-on-one experience with clients helping them with weight management issues. I have helped hundreds of clients develop a healthy relationship with food and regular exercise.

We get programmed by everything that happens to us throughout our lives - our environment, culture, society and even ourselves. This program will help you rewrite some of the old narratives within the mind whether you have been conscious of them or not.

This is not about dieting or depriving yourself from food. This maybe be a slower path for weight loss, as this program is mainly focused on helping you establish a healthy relationship with food and exercise. Weight loss simply becomes a by-product. You will feel more energetic as you naturally choose healthy foods and stay away from excess sugar or carbs. This is about changing the way you relate to food and your body all-together.

It is key to listen to your weekly audio sessions at least three times a week before your next session. If you can do it daily, that’s even better.

Requirements:

For the duration of the program it is required that you are not taking any drugs or alcohol.

The effectiveness of this program is defined by your ability to listen to the self-hypnosis audio recordings regulalry.

Hypnosis Audio Session 1: The Beginning. Mindful Eating and Visualization.

The first hypnosis audio session is focused on guided visualization of the desired outcome and suggestions to  establish a healthy relationship with food. You will be hypnotized to lose the desire for any fattening processed high calories foods and drinks.

Hypnosis Audio Session 2: Exercise Motivation

This hypnosis session is designed to help you with exercise motivation. If you are already exercising, this session is still recommended to you to enhance and boost your current regimen. Two hypnosis audios will be provided, one to motivate you to exercise regularly and one to help you improve your workout or any sports.

In hypnosis, you will experience all the benefits of exercising regularly. Your inner motivation will be triggered to start honoring your body and exercising in ways that produce more energy, better mood, blood flow in your body and gradual weight loss, as you burn daily calories and feel more positive.

The key to exercise motivation is outlining your realistic plan for exercise, what type, when and for how long. You must show your mind the exact picture of what you want and commit to it at the deep level of your dynamic unconscious mind.

Hypnosis Audio Session 3: Overcoming Emotional Eating

Many of us have eaten for the reasons of boredom, frustration, sadness, distraction, comfort or nervousness. Or even using food as some sort of award or even punishment. Often food is associated with specific feelings and tends to create a certain state in the mind and body, which you want to experience once again and again. In reality, food does not need to serve as any type of distraction or any soothing comfort for the unresolved feelings or emotions.

Imagine, eating food to enjoy the delicious healthy meal at the right time and the right amounts, just enough to sustain life in your body, provide some fuel and nutrition, separate it from everything else that goes on or ever went on in your life. You will actually enjoy and appreciate food more and never overeat or choose foods that are not healthy.

This hypnosis audio session will provide two hypnosis audio sessions, which you can listen during the week and reinforce in the coming weeks if you wish.

“Releasing Emotional Eating” hypnosis audio will help you resolve any ties with emotional eating by convincing the inner mind that food has nothing to do with emotions. You will creatively visualize cutting an emotional chord with food and become more in control and mindful when it comes to eating.

“The Deep Forgiveness of yourself and others” hypnosis audio session will help you release any emotional feelings of guilt, shame or resentment. This audio is optional. You may choose to bypass that. However, I recommend listening to it, as most of us would benefit from the elements of forgiveness therapy. It helps establish confidence, increase self-esteem and even strengthen your Immune System.

Hypnosis Session 4: Eliminate Sugar.

This hypnosis audio session will help you eliminate all sugar from your diet. It is designed to help you gain control and lose all desire for excess sugar.

Remember those days craving sweets or deserts and times when you had too much sugar, making you feel hyped up and then experience low energy and tiredness and even guilt? Well, those days are long gone, as you gain control over the sugar consumption on your life.

Sugar is one the primary causes of weight gain and poor health. Just eliminating sugar from your diet for a couple of weeks can significantly affect your health and weight loss in a more positive way.

At a deep unconscious level you will be guided to eliminate any desire and need for sugar.  This new hypnotic programming will help you become more of aware of the foods you buy and and foods you eat out, eliminating all added sugar from your daily life. You will experience a surge of inner empowerment and self-control over the sugar consumption. You will become in control, not the sugar.

Hypnosis Audio Session 5. Eating Slowly, Eating Less. Shrinking the Stomach.

This final session will help you slow down as you eat. As you slow down, you not only taste the food better, and experience more enjoyment, but you actually begin to eat less food and still feel satiated. As a result less calories are consumed by the body each day leading you to having more energy and shedding any excess weight.

This session will reinforce mindfulness and awareness with your eating habits. It is akin to mentally “waking up” and experiencing life to its fullest.

After this session client usually experiences a new sense of awareness of their eating patterns, saying easily “no” to the foods conducive to weight gain and lowering the amount of food they consume daily. A general sense of being in control is being experienced.
