Your personal information may be shared with our employees, independent contractors, affiliates, professional advisers, service providers, payment processors, technology providers, suppliers, and other parties when reasonably necessary to operate HypnoCloud, provide our services, fulfill your requests, process transactions, maintain and secure our services, or comply with applicable law.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including applicable app stores and other payment processors. In many cases, we do not directly receive or store your complete credit or debit card information.

Purchases and subscriptions made through the HypnoCloud mobile application may be processed by third parties such as the Apple App Store or Google Play and are also subject to the applicable platform's payment and privacy policies.

If we receive financial information directly, we will use and disclose that information only as reasonably necessary to process transactions, address billing or fraud issues, comply with applicable law, respond to legal requirements, or protect our rights and users.

An important part of our services is being able to communicate with you.

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may send communications relating to your account, purchases, subscriptions, products, services, customer support requests, service updates, new features, and other information relevant to your use of HypnoCloud.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may also send information about other HypnoCloud products, programs, services, workshops, or offerings that we believe may interest you.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email communications using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those communications, where available. Certain transactional or service-related communications may still be necessary while you maintain an account or use our services.
