Step Out of the Loop: A 4-Step Reset
Overview
In this focused 60-minute session, we will work directly with repetitive emotional and cognitive patterns — what I call “loops.”
These loops can show up as:
overthinking
recurring emotional reactions
familiar relational patterns
internal pressure or mental noise
This workshop offers a structured way to recognize, interrupt, and shift these patterns in real time.
🧭 What You’ll Experience
1. Identify the Loop
We begin by bringing awareness to a specific pattern you’ve been experiencing.
Not abstract — something real and current.
What repeats?
When does it activate?
What does it feel like internally?
This step creates clarity and focus.
2. Enter a Guided State (Hypnotic Reset)
You’ll be guided into a relaxed, focused state using light hypnosis.
In this state, we reduce:
mental noise
overanalysis
emotional reactivity
This allows you to observe the loop without being inside it.
3. The 4-Step Loop Reset
You’ll be guided through a structured process:
Step 1 — Recognize
See the pattern clearly, without distortion.
Step 2 — Name
Define it precisely (no avoidance, no generalization).
Step 3 — Shift Perspective
Step out of identification and observe the structure of the loop.
Step 4 — Redirect
Choose a new internal direction — attention, thought, or response.
This is a practical method you can reuse.
4. Integration
We close with a short integration phase:
grounding the shift
stabilizing clarity
noticing what changed
Optional reflection or brief sharing.
