Overview
In this focused 60-minute session, we work directly with repetitive emotional and behavioral patterns — what I call loops.
This is a structured but very practical process where you will both understand the pattern and begin shifting it in real time.
What You’ll Experience
We begin with a simple but powerful framework — a 4-step method based on systems thinking and the adult learning cycle.
You’ll learn how patterns form, repeat, and reinforce themselves — and how to step out of them.
Then, with pen and paper, you will work through your own loop.
With guidance, you will:
identify a specific pattern you’ve been experiencing
reflect on how it operates
define a new pattern
and begin to articulate the effect of the new pattern
This is not abstract work — you will see it, write it, and structure it yourself.
That process becomes your bridge into a new pattern.
From there, you’ll be guided into a relaxed, focused state using hypnosis.
In that state, you will:
mentally rehearse the new behavior you’ve defined
articulate it internally
and begin reinforcing it as a new pattern
The goal is not just insight — but installation.
You leave not only understanding the loop, but already stepping out of it.
Who This Is For
This session is for anyone who feels stuck in:
repetitive behaviors or habits
limiting thought patterns
recurring emotional states (such as anxiety, shame, or guilt)
specific fears or internal blocks
It is especially relevant if you recognize something repeating — and want a clear way to change it.
